SHIPPING POLICY

We’ll be receiving a high volume of orders and messages during the holiday period, and many of our items are lovingly handmade to order. As a small team, we pack every order with care and dedication, and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this busy time.

While part of our team is based in San Jose, CA, during especially busy seasons we may also receive help from trusted family members overseas (for example, in the UK). Because of this, some orders may pass through international customs, which can extend delivery times.

We’re deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we’re grateful for your kindness, understanding, and continued support. 💛

Once you have placed you order you will receive an order confirmation via the email you supplied during the checkout process . If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please send us a message after checking these points out.

- Check your spam/junk/trash/deleted folders - they like to hide!
- Is your inbox full? Clear out your inbox to receive your order confirmation.
- Did you spell your email address correctly?
- If you used Paypal, do you have a different email address linked?

PACKING TIMES

We typically pack orders within 1–2 business days. For custom mini books, please allow 2–3 business days as each one is made just for you!

We always aim to pack your parcels asap and will send you a shipping confirmation along with your tracking information as soon as it's ready!

Discounts: Please make sure to enter your discount code before you hit 'complete order'! After it’s processed we can’t add it in, so please double-check before you finish up.

Sustainability and being environmentally friendly is a huge priority for Tinybook Whispers. While we may not be perfect, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on our planet by thoughtfully doing our part.

Even as a small business, we recognize our resonsibility to be environmentally friendly. Our commitment to sustainability extends from our products and packaging to our home and workspace as well.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Customs & Import Duties: Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the customer’s responsibility. We are legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required. If you have concerns about customs duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information.

- Currency & Conversion: Prices on our store are displayed in USD. All orders will be processed and charged in USD by your credit card company or payment provider at the time of purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have a concern with your order, please email service@tinybookwhispers.com.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

First of all, we are sorry for any disappointment caused!

We can promise that the we do our best to quality control and inspect all items to the highest standard before they are sent. So whether you have received a faulty item or it has arrived broken due to courier mishandling, please email us with all the details and be sure to take thorough photos of the item and packaging. We’ll get it sorted ASAP. Thanks for being patient!

Items that get damaged from excessive everyday use, accidents, or not sticking to the care tips might not be considered faulty.

As for incorrect or confused items? That’s our bad. We’re here to help though so please get in touch with us and be sure to include your order number and item details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?

If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit and you have read our shipping update page, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Each courier company has its own investigation process, and we work closely with them to locate, replace, or refund your order to the best of our ability.
