Once you have placed you order you will receive an order confirmation via the email you supplied during the checkout process . If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please send us a message.

We always aim to pack your parcels asap and will send you a shipping confirmation along with your tracking information as soon as it's ready!

Even as a small business, we recognize our resonsibility to be environmentally friendly. Our commitment to sustainability extends from our products and packaging to our home and workspace as well.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have a concern with your order, please email service@tinybookwhispers.com. Cancellations must be made 24 hours after purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.

FAULTY ITEMS

First of all, we are sorry for any disappointment caused! Whether the item has faults or has arrived broken, we are truly sorry. Please send us an email with all the details so we can help you with your order asap. Please take photos of the item/s and packaging so you can send it to us when we reply to you. We thank you for your patience.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?

If your order has not arrived by its due date and you have read our shipping update page, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Each courier company have their own investigation processes and we work closely with them to locate, replace or refund your order to the best of our ability.

Please note if a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, we are unable to refund your order or shipping costs.
