Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have a concern with your order, please email service@tinybookwhispers.com.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
First of all, we are sorry for any disappointment caused!
We can promise that the we do our best to quality control and inspect all items to the highest standard before they are sent. So whether you have received a faulty item or it has arrived broken due to courier mishandling, please email us with all the details and be sure to take thorough photos of the item and packaging. We’ll get it sorted ASAP. Thanks for being patient!
Items that get damaged from excessive everyday use, accidents, or not sticking to the care tips might not be considered faulty.
As for incorrect or confused items? That’s our bad. We’re here to help though so please get in touch with us and be sure to include your order number and item details.
What Happens If My Parcel Goes Missing?
If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit and you have read our shipping update page, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Each courier company has its own investigation process, and we work closely with them to locate, replace, or refund your order to the best of our ability.
